The Ladies Only Gymes with a personalised exercise program designed specifically for
you in order to help you achieve the results you want quickly. Ever member is
given full pesonalised training instruction until they are comfortable to go it
alone, which at that point a personalised program card is provided. We will be
soon running beginners classes and programmes. No fancy designer gear required
- a T-shirt and leggings will do!
